National cybersecurity strategy & risk framework

The challenge

The government needed a national strategy and a common way for agencies to assess and raise their security baseline.

What I did

• Led the strategy and national risk-assessment framework with the University of Oxford's Global Cyber Security Capacity Centre.
• Delivered a critical information infrastructure assessment, an agency self-assessment toolkit and a baseline security package.
